Our Community Cares program needs help transporting food!

In May 2016, Marie Thomas of Our Community Cares Camp was with us in worship and she spoke about the incredible work they are doing. As part of that she spoke about a new program this year to bring food from Camel’s Hump Middle School to provide breakfast and lunch for Jericho Rec. children and youth. Right now, they need help bringing food from Jericho Elementary to Browns River Middle School, both at 8:00AM and again at 11:15AM from 7/11-29 (Mon. – Fri. only). Time to Fill the Backpacks!

We are collecting school supplies for PINS (Partners IN Service) to ensure that kids who are receiving help from DCF are able to have the things they need to get the school year off to a good start. Items we need include: notebooks binders pens pencils highlighters markers crayons lined paper graph paper calculators rulers Our great Clutter Barn team is setting aside all school backpacks that come in, but we can always use more, so if you have one that is no longer being used, or want to purchase one to donate, that would also be appreciated!
